Privacy Policy

Neon Pop · Last updated: 1 October 2026 · Effective: 1 October 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game Neon Pop ("the Game", "we", "us") collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to the Game distributed under the application ID com.paynetim.neonpop.

Short version. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number or any account sign-up to play. We do not sell your data for money. The Game shows rewarded video ads, and only when you choose to watch one in exchange for an in-game benefit. The Game uses analytics and crash-reporting tools and an advertising service (Google AdMob).

1. Who is responsible

The Game is developed and published by the Neon Pop development team ("the Developer"). If you have any question about this policy or about your data, contact us at aslm2l1k123@gmail.com.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Stored only on your device

The Game saves the following on your device. It is not transmitted to us, and it is removed when you uninstall the Game. This includes:

  • Your game settings — the sound, music, vibration, colour-blind assistance and high frame rate switches, and the sound and music volume levels.
  • Your progress — your personal best score for each mode and difficulty, your item stock and which items you have unlocked, and whether you have seen the tutorial.
  • Your chosen display name. It stays on this device and is not shown to any other player. The only way it leaves your device is if you choose to send us a message with the in-game Feedback button (see 2.4).

2.2 Collected automatically for analytics and stability

The Game includes Google Firebase Analytics and Google Firebase Crashlytics. These tools collect technical and usage information so that we can understand how the Game performs and fix crashes.

CategoryExamplesPurpose
Device & app information Device model, operating system version, language, country/region, Game version, mobile app instance identifier Understand which devices to support; diagnose problems
Usage information App opens, session length, screens viewed, in-game events Understand how the Game is used and where players get stuck
Crash diagnostics Stack traces, device state at the time of a crash, Game version Find and fix crashes and errors

Firebase assigns a resettable, pseudonymous app-instance identifier. We do not use it to identify you personally, and we do not combine it with your real-world identity.

The Game also signs you in anonymously with Google Firebase Authentication so that your play can be recognised as the same player across sessions. This creates a random account identifier. It is not linked to your name, email address or phone number. If you are signed in to Google Play Games on your device, the Game may link that anonymous identifier to your Play Games player ID.

2.3 Collected when ads are requested or shown

The Game includes the Google Mobile Ads SDK (Google AdMob) to show rewarded video ads. An ad plays only after you tap a button that offers a reward for watching it. When the Game requests or shows an ad, Google and its advertising partners may collect:

CategoryExamplesPurpose
Identifiers Android advertising ID, app-instance identifier, IP address Deliver ads, limit how often you see the same ad, prevent fraud
Approximate location Country or region derived from your IP address. We do not collect GPS or precise location. Show ads that are available in your region
Ad interactions and diagnostics Which ad was shown, whether it was watched to the end or tapped, SDK performance data Measure ad delivery, grant your reward, keep the ad service working

Depending on your region and your choices, ads may be personalised using these identifiers. You can turn personalisation off at any time (see section 8). How Google uses this information is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

We also record, for our own analytics, that an ad was shown, where in the Game you chose to watch it, and the estimated revenue it produced. This record uses the same pseudonymous identifiers described in 2.2.

2.4 Information you send us voluntarily

If you use the in-game Feedback button, your email app opens with a pre-filled message containing your player ID, display name, region code, Game version and platform. You can edit or delete any part of that message before sending — nothing is sent until you send it. We use what you send only to answer you.

3. What we do not do

  • We do not show ads you did not ask for. Every ad in the Game is a rewarded video that you start yourself.
  • We do not sell or rent your personal information for money.
  • We do not collect your contacts, photos, microphone input, or precise location.
  • We do not require an account, an email address, or a phone number.
  • Performance of a contract — operating the Game.
  • Legitimate interests — keeping the Game stable and secure, and understanding aggregate usage.
  • Consent — where the law of your region requires consent for advertising, the Game shows Google's consent prompt before any ad is requested, and no ad is requested until you have made a choice. Analytics and crash reporting start when the Game launches. The controls you have are listed in section 8.

5. Service providers

We share information only with the providers needed to run the Game. They process it on our behalf and under their own privacy terms.

ProviderUsed forTheir privacy policy
Google (Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics) Usage analytics, crash reporting firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Google (Firebase Authentication, Google Play Games Services) Anonymous sign-in, optional link to your Play Games player ID firebase.google.com/support/privacy

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to do so, or where it is necessary to protect our rights or the safety of players.

6. International transfers

Our providers operate globally, so your information may be processed on servers outside your country. Where such a transfer involves personal data protected by EEA, UK or similar law, our providers rely on recognised transfer mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. How long we keep information

  • On-device data — until you clear the Game's data or uninstall it.
  • Analytics data — retained by Firebase according to the retention period configured in the Firebase console, after which it is deleted or aggregated.
  • Crash reports — retained for up to 90 days by Crashlytics.
  • Advertising data — retained by Google according to its own retention policies.

8. Your rights and choices

  • Delete local data — uninstall the Game, or clear its storage in your device settings.
  • Access, correction or deletion — email aslm2l1k123@gmail.com from the device where you play. We will respond within the period required by applicable law (30 days in most jurisdictions).
  • Opt out of analytics — you can limit ad and analytics identifiers in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads). Deleting the Game stops all collection.
  • Advertising choices — watching an ad is always optional; if you never tap a reward button, no ad is shown. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or turn off ad personalisation, in your device settings (Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads) or at adssettings.google.com.
  • Complain to a regulator — if you are in the EEA or the UK you may lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

We do not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

9. Children

The Game is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

Data transmitted between the Game and our providers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect the limited information we handle.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Game evolves. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be announced in the Game or on its store listing.
